Sleeps 2 comfortably via one double bedroom (fresh linen excluding personal towels provided). Up to four people can be accommodated via sofa bed in the Living Room. Kitchen with cooker, hob, toaster, microwave and washer dryer. Shower room with shower, wash basin and toilet. Large Living Room/Diner with with colour television, freeview, DVD player and stereo. On site tackle shed. Enclosed parking and garden - please note, however, that the chalet is located directly on the Broads, so whilst it is a wonderful place for young children they must be supervised at all time (our own children's life jackets can be made available - please enquire if this would be of use). Electricity costs are included in the hire fee. Secure enclosure. Unfortunately I have a allergy to animal fur so cats and dogs cannot be accomodated. Arrivals after 3pm.
