2 Night Girl's City Trip

Sightseeing, Food and Theatre

I hosted this trip in late Spring - perfect for early evening barbeque on the Friday (accompanied by a quick trip out into the back waters in the canoes - safety first, before the fizz was opened!). 

I've got no trips planned this weekend, so I'll probably play some netball with my friends on Saturday and then just lounge around the house with Tabby the cat for the rest of the day. Did I mention I'm glad it's Friday?

Is hybrid the way forward?
I was reviewing my personal finances recently, and I realised that a huge chunk of my income goes straight into my petrol tank. I've been hearing a lot about hybrid cars lately, and I wondered if it might be worth the investment. The problem is, I don't really know the first thing about hybrids.

I found a very useful article on hybrid cars at http://www.autocalculator.org, and if you're thinking of getting a hybrid then you should probably read this, too. It talks about the mechanics and technology, tells you how to drive a hybrid to maximise your fuel mileage and provides plenty of other useful information. The best thing is that it gives a balanced view, with the advantages and the disadvantages.
